Q. Can i have the same cleaner each week?
A. Yes you will be assigned your own cleaner each week.

Q. Are your cleaners insured?
A. Yes fully insured against accidental damage and public liability.

Q. I have a pet is this a problem?
A. No problem at all.

Q. Can you clean my carpets?
A. Yes we have professional carpet cleaning equipment.

Q. I live in Dalgety Bay do you cover this area?
A. Yes we have a cleaners covering the whole of Fife.

Q. I will be at work when the cleaner comes do i have to be in the house during clean?
A. No most of our cleans are done whilst the owner is out. All keys are securely kept overnight and cleaners issued on day of job.

Q. Can you arrange for grass to be cut at same time as regular clean?
A. Yes this is quite common and our maintenance team will cut on regular basis.

Q. Can i supply cleaning products?
A. That is not a problem as long as they are not industrial chemicals.
